Q. How do I place a order?

A. Orders can be placed by completing the contact form here on our site. Please be sure to leave all information concerning the treats that you're requesting.

Q. How far in advance should I order?

​

A. We prefer at least  2 weeks notice, however placing an order during the early stage of your planning, will assure that your date is available for booking. Orders with less than 5 days notice will have a rush fee added to the total .

Q. Is there a minimum to place an order?

​

A. Yes, there is $75 minimum for all orders placed.

Q. Is a deposit needed to place an order?

​

A. Yes, a 50% non- refundable deposit  is due within 1 week of invoice for advanced notice (at least 3 weeks)orders with the remainder balance due no later than 1 week before order due. Full payment (Non- refundable) due within 24 hours of invoice for orders with than 2 week notice or less. PLEASE NOTE: Your date is not booked until deposit/ or payment is received.

Q. Where are you located?

​

A. We are located in Columbia Maryland. The location of the pick up depends on the date and time of pick up. Regular pick ups are on Saturday at 10:30 am

Q. Do you deliver?

 

A. Yes, we deliver. The cost is $25 for the first 10 miles and an additional $2 a mile round trip outside the first 10 miles.
